Good morning from California on this last day of August.
Mom and I will be watching my nephew Frankie today, as it's Wednesday, but my brother hasn't arrived with him yet.
I woke up feeling sore, though I don't know why, as I feel like I haven't gotten a lot of exercise lately.
While Frankie's here Mom and I will run errands and maybe go to the park.
Right now I need to go and start my day. Hope that you all have a wonderful day/evening/etc. in your part of myLot land !

i hope your day is good, too. Your nephew is lucky to have family to watch him.
I wake up stiff and sore pretty much every morning, lol.I'm that age were such things happen, oh well. I can get back to walking in the mornings, as the weather has cooled down quite a bit. So for me, that might help.
