Losing Weight is a good Feeling

So I am taking some medicine on my metabolism. And I have shed few kilos. And this has helped a lot to my health. For example, i feel fresh more these days and also I go out often. i don't have much issues with depression and negativity feeling. If you're struggling with mental blocks then consider losing weight if you have gained a lot. That change makes a lot of difference. I used to ignore advice on losing weight but now i see the gravity of that advice. Hope you guys are having a good day.

I am just maintaining my weight now but not with medicine but through physical activity like running and biking.

We had a team leader who was so thin...when she was to be sent to the US...I said my god...everybody asked why...I said India ki izzat ka falooda ho jayega..(India will lose its respect) people will think we don't get food here...lol. But now I think I should also have cut down on eating from then.

I like it too when i have lost some weight . I actually don't weigh myself to see if i really lost some . I just base it on my pants , if they are already loose .
