I heard the saying that I used for my title on a television commercial, I loved it, am using it, and crediting it to a potato commercial. It was about turning a plain baked potato into a superb baked potato. Anyway, the reason this particular commercial caught my eye is because in the last few days I just can't seem to eat enough baked potatoes. They taste so good and go down so easy that I keep eating them. I have been grinding my vegetables and my meat so I can swallow them. I have moved to microwaving the potato, putting some meat, not a lot, and vegetables, also not a lot, and topping it all with shredded cheese and melting it. I have found that the butter that I slathered my potatoes with and the salt and pepper that would be sprinkled on is no longer needed. They are delicious without them. I have found a new favorite way to eat my baked potatoes, healthy and delicious. Do you ever add extra fixings to your spuds?
