It is a holiday, and I expected some good news but...

I made the grades of my levels 2 and 4 nursing students, which are due for submission tomorrow. We will be having a case colloquium in school, so that will be a time for me to give the evaluation to the nursing office.
Because it is a holiday, I was expecting more good news, but I did not have what I wanted. First, a student whom I have communication with does not reply to me and agree on what we plan to do now. She said her grandmother is confined.
Second, I thought I could get in touch with a friend but it seems she is not around. Several text messages were sent but to no avail. Instead, I received a 'love text' from somebody who just randomly pressed the numbers in his phone to reach me.I ignored him.
Now, it is about to rain. I, my son, and my sister, will bring Chibi our Pomeranian, to 'court, a lady dog because for 2 days, Chibi does not eat his meals. Seems he is also in 'heat'.
Well, maybe this is the last of the news that will turn out good.
How do you spend your free time? Do you come in this site, or you do other things?

When I have spare time I come here and go through the discussions. There are always so many to comment on. I spend a fair amount of time here. When I am not on here I am usually watching a movie or TV series. I also like to go out hiking when the weather is nice. I wish you all the best and I hope that you receive the good news that you are expecting.

my preference 'tis to be out with the horses, but doin' anythin' outdoors brings me joy. since i've no normal employment, i reckon one could say that all've my time 'tis free? i confess 's times to spendin' too much time here.

Sounds frustrating. I hope you're able to communicate with that student. I spend my free time here. Most of my time is free time. I'm still unpacking, but I'm coming to the end of that, so that's a good thing. I also watch some television.
