Sleep Jerks or hypenic jerks.

Do you jump in your sleep? I jump in sleep and I wonder why it happens yesterday I was reading somewhere that these twitches are called hypenic jerks. Scientists discovered that when two parts of brain fight with each other to control , these jerks exists.

i don't know anything about this, i only know about somnambulism which is sleep-walking
