My schedule was full for the past week because of the series of meetings I had to attend to. I was even supposed to attend 2 seminars which were both cancelled. So glad that they were!
After the meetings, loads of work pile up and I need to do some good time management to get things done.
I really hate attending meetings but these are all part of the job. Do you like attending meetings?

Thankfully my job doesn't require that I go to many meetings. I agree when you have to go to meetings it just sets you back with your work that needs to be done and add to the stress.

In one of the companies I had worked they would have meetings when feedback come and I do hate attending these meetings because they keep asking for the explanations for the client feedback and people have to provide explanation in front of whole group of people. It is always good to have creating meetings.

As a self-employed person , I don't attend meetings regarding work except with my clients ..

If they break up the monotony then yes. Though boring meetings are worse than doing your regular work.
