Do You Ever Get Leg Cramps

I have gotten them from time to time. Sometimes I get them in my legs and in my feet, when my toes turn down and I have to stand up to straighten them out. So, my herbalist gave me a list of foods, high in Potassium and low in Sodium Asparagus (not a favorite of mine) Peas (also not a favorite) The rest I can tolerate nicely. Pecans (high in fat) Bananas (high in magnesium) Beans (We have a recipe for black bean brownies. Have you ever made those?) Dates (high in natural sugar) Acorn Squash Lima Beans (which I love and are high in magnesium) Oranges (I always have oranges in the refrigerator, as well as orange juice.) Strawberries (I love fresh strawberries) Corn (I love corn-on-the-cob and we like to cook it out on the grill) Apples (always in my refrigerator. I especially like Fuji apples) Eggplant (I make a delicious Eggplant lasagna) Oatmeal (Perfect on a cold winter morning) Zucchini Potatoes (high in magnesium) Blueberries. So now you have the whole list that she gave me. So, I’ve been eating a lot of these and haven’t been bothered with the leg cramps since I added these to my diet.

Gosh, that is a lot of suggestions. I've always known about bananas but didn't know about many of the others.

I eat some of those foods and have not had them in quite some time. Glad it works for you!

Yes, they are all good foods to eat. I never did eat enough vegetables and fruits, so I'm trying to do much better about that.
