Another reason why I love yoga....

Since I haven't seen any animal-related videos lately on NBC Nightly News, here's one on why yoga is good for you to help with lower back pain. Another reason why I love yoga. Though I don't have the clip from 9/1/16, when I should've done it two weeks ago, here's the link to the online article about it for you to read to yourself. Sorry about that and enjoy!
Some "natural" techniques can help ease pain, including acupuncture, yoga, tai chi and massage, government researchers said Thursday.

I tried 5 different versions of yoga and just couldn't get into any of them though I did learn that I have been practicing it for years--I spend a certain time every day meditating by observing what splendor Mother Nature offers us!

Really? I've been doing Basic and Beginner Yoga for 2 years, on and off. I'm not ready to do intermediate level. I do love to meditate too.

I am tempted to try yoga but I'd have to travel to attend and I know I'd get sick of that pretty quickly.

Aww You can do it at home by watching videos on demand or DVDs. Or maybe by buying books and reading online articles at it.

I love yoga, too, although I have to do limited yoga these days since I can't get down on the floor any more (well, I can get on the floor, I just wouldn't be able to get back up!) LOL

Yoga is good but I just get my exercise by going for two 30 minute walks every day.

That's not bad. That's the equivalent of doing two 20 minute walks to church every Sunday for me, if I don't do errands afterwards.

I have been wanting to try yoga for a while but was worried that I wouldn't be able to do it because I have RA. Someone told me that they have chair yoga which I am going to try.

Yes it does. I do feel tired from every yoga workout I do at the gym, twice a week.
