An angel in disguise

So, one of the reasons I have not been online much lately is related to my job. I
have been in an emotional struggle because of my job as a high school
teacher in a public school. I told my boyfriend I am giving up. He is still on a holiday break. During holidays, he will go to his parents' house to help them in the house.
Even though he has been busy doing household chores, he takes a break to talk to me. He has been always checking me for he knows how depressed I am. We have been discussing this matter for a few days now. All he wants is that I have a stable job and resigning from a public school is not an easy decision. I told him I will not do it soon. I will wait for at least 2 more years and if promotion did not come my way, then I will leave. He knows I have been crying over this matter and he always do his best to be at my side even though he is far away. I am very thankful I have an angel like him in my life. He's being attentive and compassionate can already work magic with me.
Do you also have a person in mind whom can you consider as your angel in disguise?

Have you determined the cause of your depression? If you are sure that it is work-related, I doubt if a promotion will make things better.
Good to know that your boyfriend is there to cheer you up.
Can't say that I have an angel in disguise to turn to. Devils and angels just don't mix!

The only problem is I that I have been struggling with students. Being promoted means I don't have to teach to the classroom again and deal with some rascals.

My husband is my angel in disguise. He is always looking out for me. It is lovely that you have someone to share both good and bad things with.
