Sometimes I wish I had Kryptonite! / myLot

I went out this morning with Leticia to the super. It is a small supermarket where I can walk back and forth in exactly the half hour the doctor said I should do. THere were some men repairing the sidewalks, with no regard for anyone, least of all for 2 women who were not exactly in their 20s anymore

. Of course they did not care! They were all of that age where they feel they are Superman, they are immortal and old age will not reach them.

We walked carefully taking care not to step into a hole (I dread to have something done to my hips or Leticia´s). And I thought that if this were a reasonable world, I´d have some Kryptonite in my purse.

Do you have these evil thoughts once in a while?

They were really egoist, i guess. They should put the pedestrians' safety in to their priority. I experienced the same things with you quite often as i use to walk to places nearby my house. And like what they did to you, the men who were fixing the pavements also neglected me and all other pedestrians. It's very annoying,

though.

The had the proper means to do it but they were too lazy and their chiefs did not particulary care.

I ever thought that they might deleberetely did the laziness. The longer time they worked, the more money they probably got.

When they clean the pavement near my house at 7 o'clock with a compressor, I really regret the time where they were using weed killers

it's really worrying when you see holes not fully covered or no barriers around and you're forced to walk around it or right on the street. your forehead is safe from tree branches. hehe.

I have enough problems with my feet and my need to walk and to add to this some clumsy workers is too much.
