This is not a hearing aid,what is it?

This is a sound amplifier yes this what this is Call.The package says do not use as a hearing aid. They have to say that. Guess what I m using it like a hearing aid. Why number one I do not have$3000.us or the insurance to buy a hearing Aid. This sound amplifier around$20.00us It works beautifully.first time I use it I turned it on at 7am when I went to bed at 1 am it still had a charge in it. No batteries needed boy I am not saying what to people any more I can hear my friend good now.

They are sold locally as hearing aids? Why do they say not to use them for this purpose?

@eagletrek2 This is a shame, but for many items this is the same in most European countries, only the Pharmacies can sell them and they make plenty of money.
