I have been going to the gym for almost two months now. I haven't lost any weight, but I also haven't gained anymore either. I have been going a lot more and staying a lot longer as well. I done 80 minutes on the elliptical the other night and done 30 minutes of weights. I don't know why I stayed for so long but I was just in a sad/bleh mood and just didn't want to leave. My eating still needs to improve a lot more though. I still don't drink any sodas but I have been eating fried foods and some sweets lately. I have been keeping my portion sizes correct though so that is a good thing. I have been eating fruits 3-4 times a day as well. I know it is a long slow process, but it will be worth it in the end when I am healthier and stronger.

I also went through that stage where I could lose some extra weight. Food is a big factor. Try eliminating sugar in all forms from your diet for at least a month. It will make a whole lot of difference. I lost 19 pounds and I only use my elliptical for half an hour twice a week. I did not eat any sweet food and totally eliminated chocolates and other sweets from my diet for 40 days. Also, no more rice (for someone who's from the Philippines that is tough, but it's all about healthier food choices). Just something to think about.
