Today has been a very successful day both for my fitness and productivity. I woke up around 9am and had a good breakfast. After breakfast I was able to get some school work done and planned on working out after I did.
I did my T25 total body circuit workout which definitely had me sweating. After that I did my hip hop cardio for about 16 minutes. I was going to do yoga right after, but had to deal with the laundry and cleaning up. Still burned a little bit of calories doing that. After I was done I took my son outside and we did a little walking, but mainly pushed him on the swing.
For lunch I had some pasta salad, water and drank myself some coffee to make me feel fuller. I started cooking dinner shortly after that which took me an hour and a half and killed my feet.
Dinner was garlic and thyme grilled shrimp with white rice and mixed vegetables. They were obviously skewered and there were 10 on each skewer. I had one skewer a little less than a cup of rice, and a cup of mixed vegetables. A giant cup of water ensured I feel full and not go back for seconds of anything. I will not be having dessert, which my mother in law is making right now. She is making a peppermint patty pie. I don't really want it so that is good.
I plan on doing some yoga before bed tonight and hopefully I don't get hungry anymore tonight before I go to bed. I have to be in bed early because I have class in the morning so I have to be up at 7am.
I have had a long day and it feels good to get off my feet.

Water really is a great drink. I have been trying to make sure I drink tons of it as well.
