When I am down, I do my counseling and ask myself several questions I wanted to let out to someone. Sometimes I act like I am understanding me completely and other times I come to the advice conclusion. What do you do when you're down? How do you raise yourself up again?

Mostly I try and get busy with soemthing. This takes my mind off my troubles. But sometimes I try to analyse why I'm feeling down.

@RitzzView My problem is usually going over and over silly/stupid things I've done in the past. So I might go on the computer, do puzzles, anything that makes me concentrate on something other than going over and over my past.

Do you purposely get busy or you have works already so no choice 'let's focus for now' kind of?

@JudyEv Oh! Its so true that we think and rethink something which doesn't even matter now! I liked what you choose to do..distractions are definitely worth it! :)

I pray, help someone else and come here to vent. Those things definitely help me to feel better. =)

That's good! Helping someone is surely a distraction from ones own problem isn't it?
