The Weather

Today it was overcast all day and the temperature was right at 70 degrees. My daughter and I went to a Mexican Restaurant with 40 other people today to say goodbye to a family who are moving away from our congregation. It was a surprise to them but they enjoyed the festivities.
I have to say that the restaurant was VERY FAST in serving 40+ persons. And the food was excellent.
But, I was speaking of the weather. I often watch the weather channel, not only to get the current weather predictions, but also to watch some of the programs, such as the “Top Ten Most Dangerous Storms” or the “Top Ten Weirdest Weather Phenomenon.” Stories about cloud formations and many other special programs that are truly fascinating.
Such a HUGE variety of weather related information we have now, compared to when the U.S. Weather Bureau was established in 1870, long before television and Doppler radar and so many other things that we take for granted.
Do you like to watch the weather channel programs?

@JohnRoberts I DO like to hear the current weather report which is given on the Weather Channel every 8 minutes, but I also enjoy hearing about "10 year old hurricanes" and other stories about past weather disasters and weather phenomenon.
That's just me, I guess.

@IreneVincent It's much better that Weather Channel as it stays on current weather 24/7 and never strays to shows about 10-year-old hurricanes.
