Did you ever notice that an Elvis impersonator is either really good or really bad? There is no in between. Elvis was a one of a kind individual. There is no one else like him and never will be. But so many men try to impersonate him. Some have the twisted mouth thing down, others have the hip thing down. But not any of them have it all. A lot of them can do the voice adequately but none have it hands down. I recently saw a documentary about the last few hours of Elvis' life. He was constipated and sick setting in the bathroom. I don't think he let anyone really know how really bad he was. It is really sad. I wonder how much of it was sort of a macho thing or the drugs just help numb things until it just got bad fast and there was nothing to be done.
