Taking a little break!

To protect the eyes and remain safe from being too long in front of the computer, I will have to take a brief break, while at the same time stretch the feet a little. 15 minutes away will be sufficient to continue with a second session online. Do you take breaks during your online session?

I think I have to do that. I have a poor posture and have been suffering from scoliosis. Staying for long hours in front of the computer is not good, I think.

@quantum2020 Thanks for reminding me about this. I really need something of this because sometimes I forget it.

It´s not healthy. Overtime, it can bring consequences. I walk for a while and then return to the cp.

Yes since I'm at home. I'm always getting up to do other things.

That is great! One should always find the time to take the right time to relax.

Thanks! I will stretch the feet and take deep breaths, then come back.
