The previous discussion about this brought up some good points, so I'll take a moment and say a little more about this.
This cat pumpkin is based on the time I did some pumpkin carving for my grandmother and her retirement community. I came up with a way to put ears and whiskers on the pumpkin, and it was a hit with everybody. I had fun making up new face ideas and it wasn't a bad way for a teenager to spend a day.
What's the most creative pumpkin you've ever carved? Once I carved a satsuma orange into a jack o'lantern, and then I carved a grape.

Ha ha, maybe do a pumpkin, enjoy it for a couple of nights, then make pumpkin bread or pumpkin stew or pumpkin pudding or some such?

@Rohvannyn I did some digging, I need to get some good protein powder, and make them protein pumpkin things, housemate needs tons of protein, I just hope the stuff in the powders fits what she needs, she doesnt get nutrients from plant matter, so... dunno

@Jessicalynnt Whey protein then? They make it by itself too. And it's not too expensive.

Carving pumpkins? It's fun. You can carve other things too- like turnips, tomatoes, apples, and whatever else. I would like to carve a pummelo sometime.
