My baby is outgrowing everything!

My children have always been bigger than their suggested clothing sizes. For example, my son is 7 months old, but wears 9-12 month sizes right now (and depending on the outfit, he's closer to the 12 month than 9 month -- if it's a pair of pajamas with feet, he is too tall for the 9 month to fit his toes and legs comfortably).
With the change in the weather, I'm noticing that he needs more clothing that fits. He has about 4-5 longsleeved one-piece outfits that double as sleepwear, but (being that he's a baby and all) they frequently end up in the laundry. The outfit I dressed him in this morning left his toes cramped, so I had to put him in something else. Unfortunately his pants were too small! :(
I have a few pairs of baby sized leg warmers, and just put him in a long sleeved onesie and dressed his legs in the leg warmers. It's not perfect, but at least he'll be warm. Looks like it's time for me to hit the thrift stores again!

Appearance isn't as important as being warm and cosy. Many parents around here could take a lesson or two in dressing their tiny ones more cosily.
