No, It does not charges anything when I transfer $$$ from PayPal to my linked bank account.

@Mike197602 For overseas payments yes. When I transferred, let's say $ 10, from PayPal to bank, it paid the whole amount according to the rate of dollar that day.

Honestly I am not sure if there is or not. You might be able to find out under their terms and conditions. If not I would try to call them and find out.

I have never been charged a fee for transferring funds into my bank account, but since my PayPal account is in US Dollars and I use British Pounds there is a currency exchange fee.
Of course this may vary from country to country so only PayPal could offer a definitive answer.

Not sure on that but you can have them send you a check they charge 1.50 to do it but it is so worth it I did it.

currency conversion fees...either 0.5% or 3% I don't know but there is a fee.

I think there will be some charges. In China, if I want to withdraw money to my bank account, it charges me USD35. This is quite expensive. And this is why I went to Hong Kong to open a bank account there. If the withdraw money is over HKD1000, then the charges will be free.
