Kalimera, Kalimera everyone which means Good Morning in Greek! I have to flash and dash in this morning as I am all packed and ready to travel to our "Mielieland" Bowling Tournament which starts at 9 this morning. Our team is all geared up for success and now we just pray that the greens, wind and other elements play along with our mood. As I perused through my hundreds of Mykonos photos, I decided to choose one that is tranquil to set the tone for this Friday. A view of the Aegean sea from Mykonos across to the Tinos and Siros islands. Just magical Tomorrow is my eldest daughters birthday but she is going away for the week-end so a hug this morning and a telephone call tomorrow will have to suffice our birthday greeting. Kalimera Katerina and to everyone else, have a wonderful Friday! Leave your calling card!

Maybe some day you will have the opportunity to travel to Bedrock and challenge Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble to a bowling match.

Friday is a perfect day here in Attika, the view is clear and the winter still feels a long way ahead. People are still swimming as the sun is hot although I think the water must be cool as we have had some heavy rain this week. May your bowls run well. enjoy your day.

@inlemay I looked across at those waters towards Tinos many times in the 1970s when life was a much simpler thing.
