WE Miss Being On The Road!!

When my husband and I got remarried, he was a truck driver. For six months I went with him on the road. I'd never been on the road before, like this!!Not being use to the hours or sleeping when hubby was driving or eating out all the time!! For him, the six months was only like a couple of weeks. It was fun once I got use to it, especially going to states that I had never been to. Before I went on the road I'd only been to about 4 different states!! Now, I think I've been through them all, except Hawaii!! The last 2 years that he's been working and when he had his injury on his leg/knee, he hasn't been driving over the road. He gets itchy feet, especially in the winter when he could be in Texas!! I will admit it , I miss travelling too!! When I was on the road with him, I would take directions for him from the qualcom (that thing on my lap) and would have all his paperwork done for him, which saved him time to drive. The dispatcher of the company he worked for liked it when I was doing the paperwork..it was legible and handed in on time!! ~Peace~ photo is mine
