The worst top 10 airports

Tonight I read an article from the internet and it is about the worst top 10 airports all over the world. I am surprised to learn that London Luton is in the list. Since it is in Europe and it is from UK. I can't believe that its airport will be available in this list. The main reason is they have a construction there and besides it is a small airport. Moreover, two Greek airports are also in the list. I think Greece is a famous country for tourism and how come their airports will be in the worst top 10.

I had a look at the list, there are 3 Greek airports, but not on the main land, one is on the Santorini Island and the two others on the Isle of Crete. I have seen our Zurich airport among the 10 best in the world and also Vancouver in Canada. I agree, they are both efficient and beautiful airports.

Yes, those Greek airports are from small islands. So the airports size are small and this is why it will be crowded.

@LadyDuck I guess there may be some ships go to that island? Perhaps going there by a ship will be a better choice?

@youless The reason why they are so poorly rated is because in Santorini there is an obvious shortage of chairs and restaurants, and some flaws with the security processes. Not only, there is no air conditioning and airport cleanliness also leaves much to be desired. Well, the Island is beautiful.

I do not know the list but I feel most airports have in the past and maybe still now do not take security serious. We take security seriously here in Israel. That is why our security ask questions of people who packs their luggage.

Here the security inspection is strict in the airport. We need to take off boots and coats to have a check. So when it is winter and when we visit to the north, it will be troublesome.

I don't know which are the worst but the one in Montreal isn't that great either but cannot compare as it is the only one I have visited.
