Good afternoon.We are cleaning and get ready for our vegetarian friends tonight.
Mike is doing Pasta with pea,pesto and potatoes.
I mentioned before we bought a wonderful vegetarian cook book.This works out well and have good recipes.
I just finish making corn bread or Jonny bread.
We will have peach shortcake with cool whip.
Wine and drinks.With bunch of grapes and humus.
It will be sort of a sad evening as Deirdre just lost her daughter to drug and alcohol .Her family is gone.She lost a son while back on the ATV.
She died after we left for Italy.
But it will be so nice to see them.they turned out to be one of our best friends.
