Nice To Be Aware Of The Other Persons Side Of Things

I have learned over the years that being aware of the other person's feelings is very important in life. Living by the Golden Rule helps me a lot. Do unto others as you would have them do unto you. It is so simple and yet so hard for some. When you are self involved it is hard to see things from another person's viewpoint. Do you find this to be true?

I always like to hear all sides of a story. I treat others how I want to be treated but I don't always get the same thing back.

It is only smart to know all sides of a situation. All we can do is put it out there.

Yes, that is true. Communicating well and knowing what the other person is about helps a lot in any relationship.

We can end up so full of ourselves that we have no room to add thought for anyone else

Yes, and it really takes so little to give the other person some thought.

That's definitely a good rule to live by. I wish everyone would.

I think so. But so many people today seem to be too self involved to see that someone else might have a view that is different than theirs.
