Years ago I was on the Lot and was very active. I had made many friends and had a wonderful time posting and answering....then my computer crashed big time. The cats dumped a cup of tea on the keyboard of my laptop and it fried big time. A few days ago I remembered the fun I had on the lot and decided to return "home" and hopefully reconnect with some of the people I had known years back.
I am thrilled to return to the Lot, although it is under a different name...I'm still the same old bear lady (Yes, I am still designing and creating teddy bears) hoping to have tons of fun on the Lot. Welcome home Toni!

I was a bit surprised at the new look when I searched the Lot, but it is still the wonderful place I remember. Losing computers is getting to be habit forming. I use them a LOT and when you use them as much as I do they do tend to wear out. It was just a bit upsetting that it had to die so young. But I realized quickly that when you rescue animals you do suffer some losses. I'd rather help the animals than worry about "Stuff".

                            Hi Sishy7,
I might have been on Bubblews. It's been a long time and I have to admit that my computer is my memory...I sign on each day and go straight to the "fun" stuff...MyLot and Bubblews. It's wonderful members who remind me of where I had been. When I collapsed on the floor last January and was hauled to the ER, I lost some of my memory. They didn't check to see if there might have been a mini stroke. It was interesting to say the least because when I woke up the next day I was in a hospital gown, had a wrist band, and no memory of the event. I missed the fun of the ride in a helicopter too! I found out about all of it from my boy friend and the bill for the chopper ride to the hospital. I shouldn't have been charged because the ambulance couldn't get through the electric gate at the county road. (I live 8 miles from the county road through two locked gates..it's 30 miles from town! I love living in the country) Anyhow now that I've bored you with a long story,
I do remember being on Bubblews long time back.

@CrazyBearLady Hi Toni! Yes, I'm pretty sure it was you whom I met on Bubblews - I remember the long comments...
And no, I've never found them boring, they're always interesting to me...
Oh wait, not that I think you were hauled to the ER as 'interesting' - it's just that I always enjoy reading stories here... Wishing you good health always...
