Aren't the authorities there catching these violent and mad dogs do they can't hurt and kill people ? So , what happens now that an innocent man has been killed by them ? That is just so scary .

Actually the central law for protection of animals is against killing of dogs. But the public feeling and emotions make the authorities to wide open their eyes.

Stray dogs act like wolves. They come with group and attacks any thing they find. It is really a nightmare for street walkers , babies and old aged persons.

The incident take place after midnight the dogs run away. But the angry villagers kills so many stray dogs in the morning. Police came to arrest them for the cause. It became a public rage. Hope that soon the law will change and gives protection to human life.
