Just a while ago , after submitting my comment , a red inked advise , told me to fix the bad word c_ _ _ . But i didn't use it .
But after reviewing what i typed , i noticed i omitted the letter o of the word "encounter " , thus that bad word was in between .
I laughed out loud at my mistake , because mylot saw it at once and prompted me .
I am happy , that myLot really checks the word we use here . It means that vulgar words cannot be used here and that is very good .
All i can say is Nice , myLot .
Have you ever experienced being told here to change the word because it's bad ?

Great catch from myLot. Good that they caught it before it was posted! I have never had it happen to me yet but I can see how easily it can happen when typing up a post.

Funny though that omitting the o in encounter would still be considered bad word . It was obvious that i just accidentally omitted the o and still the word i ama trying to mean is still understandble that it's what i am trying to mean .
But then , i find t nice that they really have an automatic checker for bad word. being used here.

@SIMPLYD Yes it is funny how they picked up a word within a word but nice that they did so. I am sure somebody else would have noticed it had they not.

Yes I have, although I think that the way in which the filter works is a real problem. Disallowing profanity is a good thing, but the system isolating a portion of a good valid word or concatenating the end sections of two decent words is absurd.
We actually have towns in England that would not be allowed due to hidden words in their name. Imagine being unable to mention your home town because the system misinterprets the content.

@XinfulThotz I think they have bot who has a list of "bad" words which when they see even within a word like in my case , the prompting will appear so we can replace the word.

@SIMPLYD actually i feel that it doesn't make sense cos what i wanted to describe is literally the female dog.. and i have to type two words instead of one. i didn't intend to use it as a bad word even

Yes, but I forget what the word was. It seems like I really wanted to use it though. It wasn't the result of a typo.

@SIMPLYD It gets a little picky considering there is more than one meaning to a lot of words, lol. But it's also a little bit funny.

I think the bot has a list of words. which when it appeared in our posts or commeƱts , the bt would automatically prompt us . Well, i admire them for this , because i know they just want not foul words here that could incite anger between the members .

@SIMPLYD The problem with the word I used was that it wasn't a foul word. Now the King James Version of the Bible does use words that would be questionable in some situations, so it was understandable that I had to change one word to a proper word.
