Another month has come to an end...

This has been an eventful month for me with many ups and downs. I wonder what next month will bring. Halloween was a quiet one. I stopped in at the mall on my way home and seen all the little trick or treaters going through the mall collecting treats. It was so cute. I don't get any trick or treaters at home so it was nice to see all the costumes and all of the kids laughing and having so much fun. I didn't get to see my grandchildren today. My grandson went as Spiderman. He looked so sweet. I seen the pictures on FB. He will be 2 in November so he is just learning about the whole trick or treating.

Awwe, I'm glad you could see some of the kiddies in their costumes, though I'm sorry you didn't see your Grandchildren. Do you pass out candy to the little ones in your neighborhood?

We don't get any trick or treaters in our neighbourhood. I always have treats on hand just in case but nobody ever comes. :(

The trick or treaters were cute today. We didn't open the door, but left a bucket of candy. My boyfriend and I peeped in the peephole here and there and it was adorable!

Hehe yes! We felt like creepers though - but the kids were adorable. We had other things to do so we didn't have time to sit and open one by one.

October, November, and December in the past two years. Something happened that I wish didn't. Such is life! I'm just taking it one day at a time. Some days are bad, others are worse. Some days are better than others.
Didn't go to any Halloween parties this year. Fairly quiet night for me.

We didn't have any kids here either.
I worked until 7 so by the time that I got home it was almost 7:30 and most people shut off their lights at 8 as the kids are all encouraged to be back home by then anyways.
Me and another co-worker, who are often referred to as a famous TV pair went dressed as them today, Ethel and Lucy, it was a riot, we had a lot of laughs.

I saw children at the elementary school that I worked at have a Halloween parade. It was fun to see.

We had less than 20 kids this year, very strange. I guess most kids don't go house to house but rather go to parties, safer I guess.

I loved seeing all the trick-or-treater's costumes this year. My favorite was a kid dressed as a bowl of macaroni and cheese. Too cute!
