Last week the girls and I had a little treat on our way from north Wales; we stopped at Snugburys ice-cream farm to indulge in some of their many delicious flavours of ice-cream and to admire the current straw sculpture, which this year is Peter Rabbit to commemorate 150 years since the birth of Beatrix Potter.
Snugburys make these sculptures every year and they are quite a feature from the A51 road between Chester and Nantwich. They also have a few pigs and goats on the farm so there are things to look at as you stroll around with your ice-cream before continuing on your journey! And the ice-cream is delicious, well worth a stop!

That is so cool, I love Beatrix Potter. I had a video of some of the stories and my children would watch them over and over again, I never got tired of it.
