A hispanic man is being sought after he ran his vehicle into a woman's on a highway in Virginia. This happened between 2:45a. and 3:15 a.m. when less traffic was on the road. The woman's car went out of control and went off the road. The hispanic man then sexually assaulted her in a nearby ditch. He is still at large.
Here is the story:
The attacker is still at large.

@celticeagle The biggest problem that we have is the lack of adequate punishment, so the deterrent is not there.

@Asylum ....and jails/prisons don't rehabilitate inmates, just house them.

People like that just make me sick. They have no respect for anyone. I know they say that is not right but I think that they should catch him and just shoot him to put him out of his misery.

Usually they have a pretty bad time of it in when they get into prison too. Inmates don't take kindly to rapists.

Yes, that has been all over the news here...these sorts of things have happened before and all to often, sadly, the victim is murdred.
