Things changed having a foreign partner/boyfriend.

When I was single I used to eat 3 times a day or more including snacks. Luckily I don't gain weight. Now that I am living with my partner/boyfriend everything changes. Not in a bad way but in a good way. Well, at least for me.
Regarding culture, eating, yeah eating, my favorite hubby. LOL! and a lot more. For now, I will make a short story of my eating habit.
Before;
Breakfast at 7 or 8 am.
Lunch at 12 noon.
Dinner/Supper at 6 to 7 pm.
Rice every meal.
Then;
7 to 8 am I am still in dream land and will wake up at 10 am or if the sleep isn't enough yet, wake up at 12 noon.
My first meal is at 1 pm or 2 pm. that's my breakfast.
No lunch and snack anymore.
Dinner/Supper at 8 to 9 pm.
I seldom ate rice now, mostly potato and bread.
Now people are wondering how can I take it or how did I gain weight by eating that way. LOL. Makes me smile, though. I am also wondering.

so, now you only eat twice a day, no rice, but you gained weight instead? is that what you're saying?
when you say you mostly eat potato and bread, what else goes with it? (because when we filipinos eat rice, we need ulam (viand) to go with it).

How do you eat your potatoes and bread? What goes with it? Sometimes it may seem like potatoes and bread are lighter than rice, but when you count in how these are cooked and what you eat these with then calories all add up.
I am a Filipina and I rarely eat rice now.

Hi there! not a single thought that you are a Filipina. LOL! basically, you are right on that matter. Sometimes I eat potato salad with sausages and bread sometimes eggs or jam and a lot more that goes with it.

You need to get back to your old sleep routine. Also, you might be actually gaining more pounds since your body thinks that it isn't getting the nutrients it needs to function properly so it is converting all the food into fat.

@MsPinkU go ahead and do that. Plus, you might want to check with an actual fitness instructor to help you out with losing weight and being healthier.

Just a suggestion: If you can try and get back to your former sleeping routine, it may help out some. If you're sleeping in late, you're probably staying up late? This habit can take a toll on your health.

Good for you that you can cope up with that kind of sleeping habit . But i think it's not a healthy sleeping pattern though .
As to the eating habit , i think that one is good , because you eat lesser . Or are you , when you wake up at 10:00 am. ?

its really good that you change timetable because what you live lifestyle before is little odd time and yes when anyone marry there is seen big change in everyone as they become more matured and some responsibility..
