California is the 6th biggest economy in the world so it can actually succeed on it's own if it will be able gain independence. As far as I know though, Seceding is impossible in the US because of the laws about it.
Most Hollywood stars lives in California and we know how much anti-conservative most Hollywood stars are. There are currently some protest because of the election result. Some Californians are now making campaigns.
Years ago Some Texans, Wanted to secede because they hate Obama. Now it is the other way around. I have a feeling that this may not happen because it might cause a civil war if Californians kept pursuing this. I think I have a feeling Katy Perry and The Wrecking Ball Miley might get involved on this one.

The people of California and the their views don't represent mainstream America. It's funny how when Trump supporters thought he was going to lose, they threatened a revolution, and all the liberals said that they (Trump supporters) must respect the democratic process. Well, now that Trump has won, the liberal no longer want to respect the democratic process. Funny how that works.

They were ridiculing Texas for wanting to secede years ago and now they were on the same situation. Celebrities just joined the protests. Oregon and Washington also wanted to join.

@moffittjc haha, I think Trump should make noise that the election is rigged since he has won!
For once, he is right!
If not for the electoral vote system, he would not have won.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I understand their raw emotions. I also respect the right of people to protest. But they need to use their brains and think about what they are asking for. Succeeding from the United States is not the answer. I'm sorry, but word's 6th largest economy or not, California will be worse off as its own country than it will be remaining part of the USA under a Trump presidency.

There are so many technical issues with succeeding. Texas is the only state with a provision they can succeed if desired. But California would face the same issues preventing Texas from succeeding. The biggest would be military defense. Since California is comprised of frightened millennials scared of their own shadow, who's going to defend? California would be easy pickings for takeover. Great place for a country like China to get a North America foothold. So easy to blockade California on sea and land. Why do Hollywood people live in California anyway? Most of them work in Canada, Europe and other states.

I Think Hollywood people loves the warm weather and most Auditions happen in California. I Think Cali Millennials are confident with the Silicon Valley people will protect them.

@JohnRoberts I just saw a compilation of Millennials crying about it . i think they always thing they were the majority because they were so vocal about the Internet. Many of them are Atheist, feminist and SWJ and because the Liberals are so vocal in social media they have this assumption they always have it their way. They could simply move one and make a move if they think something is wrong happening.
Oregon and Washington also wants to join California. I think everything they said it is only words. They wont really pursue it and push it.

@CaptAlbertWhisker If they want to break away, more power to them. They can live in an environment that pleases them and the other side in their own environment.

I think the first year of his rule will be very interesting to watch.
I just want to see how he manages China.
He keeps on talking about China during the election. I think when he becomes President, he is likely to pay China an official visit.
Trump is very similar to Duterte in Philippines.
Both are foul-mouthed, and they are arrogant, and yet they hate each other.

Hope no charismatic looney would arise there to lead them.

I have a feeling Katy Perry and Miley Cyrus will be involved on this one.
If they succeed though, California will be the 6th richest country in the world. They have Agriculture and they have Hollywood.

It seemed like Trump has toned down his arrogance to be likable. I think he should just let Ivanka,Omorosa and Kellyanne do the talking for him. He should not let Melania involved though..,..with the Plagiarism controversy she have.

@CaptAlbertWhisker I think that the best is that he leaves all the women out. He made the promises and it's up to him to maintain. He needs someone who writes the speeches for him and he has to listen, more than he speaks.
