Thanks to my veterinarian friend who informed me about the free spaying/ neutering of cats and dogs courtesy of the city government and the local Lions Club, a non governmental organization.
Aside from the free operation, they gave us shampoo, conditioner, and vitamins for our pets.
It was a successful operation, and now our cat is recovering so fast. She eats a lot again.
Now my problem of having unwanted kittens was solved.
Photo above shows the government veterinarians doing the spaying operation on my cat, "Kamuning," who was sedated before going under the knife).

It is really appreciated, because people have also to take care of their pets and having such services for free is such a great help.

It is usually given free by the public Veterinary Office. Your local government should have such services for the public.

But I think they also lack in informing the people about the free services because only a few people went to the venue to take their pets. They said only 20 cats and dogs were spayed that morning till noon. i don't know if more people showed up during the afternoon.

Yes, it is good the city hall is offering such free veterinary services for the people. We saved a lot of money instead of paying a private veterinarian to do the operation.

Yes, our city government (vet office) is active in giving anti-rabies shots, spaying, etc. for animals, all for free.
