How long do you cook Diced Beef?

I'm cooking diced beef for dinner now. Just sauteed garlic and onion in a pan and then put the diced beef. I let the juice from the beef and add water when needed. It's cooking now for roughly 15 mins. I added soy sauce and a little bit of salt in it. I'm getting hungry.

I like my meat well done so I would cook it on the stove for over 30mins or so.

With beef you just cook it to your taste. Personally I like medium...not too rare and not too well done.

i also like putting broccoli when i cook beef.. and yea, i often use my smell first before tasting it :)
