Do you have a bad habit that you've been trying to break? I do! I tend to feel hungry when its bed time. If I don't eat, sleep doesn't come easy. If I eat, I don't feel very well in the morning. I'm trying to work on it. Any tips?

Eat a full meal then , so by the time you are sleepy , you are still feeling full .

@Madshadi Oh eating a chocolate before sleeping might elevate your blood sugar .

@SIMPLYD I know and not sleeping on the other hand might turn me into a zombie the next day at work. Neither is pleasant lol

I tried that too. Even if I'm full I have to put something in my mouth before I can sleep. Sometimes a chocolate bar is enough. I will gradually try to force myself to sleep without eating. But waiting for the holidays to do that. Right now I need to sleep good for work

Drink a lot of water or eat sweet potatoes for dinner. That will help.

Eating at regular intervals might solve the problem.
