The Philippines is a tropical island. We only have two seasons here; the wet and dry season. The dry season starts in late November and ends in May. The rainy seasons starts in June and lasts till October. But there are times that even until December, heavy rains still come. Dry season also extends 'till June. April and May is the hottest months in the Philippines. It is the months when most foreign visitors visit Philippines. The sky is at its bluest and the water at its clearest during this time of the year It is the great time to explore the beauty of our country..

Here in Bicol , the rainy season starts about November , as we are experiencing now . And that would be until December or even January . And the rest is dry season .

Nice to hear that April and May are the best time to visit Philippines. But I may not have more chances to have a travel at that time. The best traveling time for us are the Chinese New Year either in January or February and the summer holiday between July and August.

@magallon However, at that time the flight ticket is quite expensive to fly to any tropical countries
