Do you have to get up in the middle if night to drink water. Does it irritate you attimes. Well for me yes I do have to get up once or twice to drink water. And now that winters have come getting out of the bed requires so much of efforts.

I drink lots of water and keep a water bottle or jug handy, when on bed. Water is very essential to keep our body moving, therefore, one should not show laziness in not taking water. Water flushes out all the toxins in our body and it cleans our body system, so we must take it at regular intervals at any cost.

Yes. Drinking water is so important. Our bodies need water. I drink water all the time, but sometimes I don't drink enough because I forget to drink. One of my medicines makes me thirsty.

I take a glass of water to bed with me and leave it beside the bed where I can reach it easily.

@amitkokiladitya I pretty much always keep a bottle of water near my bed so I don't need to get up. Just roll over and grab the bottle if needed.
