What is a perfect gift for my grandmother?

My grandmother is quite old but she is still strong and a very determined woman. Though we seldom see each other, I would like to give her a gift this coming Christmas season. I am not good when it comes to gifts. Can you recommend any gifts for a 80+ year old woman?

After a certain age, we don´t want any more things to put in our homes. We have all we need or we have learned to live without them. At my age, I like some music, a book, chocolates or a beautiful blouse.
