my achey-breakey head

I managed to develop the Mother of all headaches yesterday. I'm unable to put a cause to it, and suspect that it may have been a culmination of many things. My current exhaustion, coupled with an early-ish Sunday morning at the cinema, accidental dehydration, being overwhelmed by the noise in town, a lack of food and whatnot ...
BOOM!!!
Have a headache for your troubles.
Thankfully it subsided before sleep came, but I can feel it lurking even now. There is a dull ache near my eyes and down my nose, which actually bled a tiny bit upon me waking up. I feel slightly nauseous and have a desire to just close my eyes and sleep it off. I haven't had a headache for a very long time, although I used to suffer from them quite a bit. I shall take some paracetamol once I'm in work. That should sort it.
Silly head.

@Poppylicious Take care of yourself. I have to go out today, the weather is horrible, I will get plenty of germs and I hate this.

I don't think so. I think it's more to do with the whole world getting on top of me, but I could be wrong. I'll keep an eye on myself. :)

@Poppylicious I think I went past that point a number of years ago. Doesn't stop me from making the same mistake time and time again!
