Well, I'm full and even the pup is full .... surprise surprise. Now it's time to unwind a bit and let all that food settle into the nooks n crannys of my tummy n such. Maybe a nap, not sure yet. The pup's nappin though, she's been makin all kinds of silly noises so either she's rememberin Mykey or something else, who knows, but I think it's a happy dream. So, are you full? Ready to sit back relax and unwind? Happy trails ya'll

Well that's a good idea- after all the food- just relax. If you had turkey it will help you sleep tonight with the serantonin in it- which promotes sleep! Enjoy!

I did not have turkey but the egg soup and fixins was pretty darn good. I didn't nap but I did relax and boy did I get a good night sleep last night. How about you? Did you have a nice Thanksgiving?

I usually start off with chicken stock and only eggs in it so I can share them with the pup @MarymargII then I add some peas or other veggies and lotsa onions. Sometimes I add egg noodles or even sardines depending on my mood and available goodies. It's my catch all if I have things in the fridge that needs to be eaten.

I still feel stuffed from our Thanksgiving meal...lol. Of course, we have leftovers still so that is why.

Ahhh those leftovers, well, there's none left and what was is being simmered into a bone broth for future soups.

@rebelann We have to decide what to do with what we have left today. Most of it can be frozen which is good.

That's what a lot of my friends do @simone10 a couple of them pull out the frozen turkey dinner stuff on Christmas Eve so they don't have to do a lot of cooking.

I´m very, very, happy although this has been the day I´ve earned less here. But my trip with my daughter to the doctor was a success. What else can I ask?

I think I could take a nap myself. I did wake up a little earlier, and didn't sleep as soundly as normal either. Turkey Dinner is always the kind that makes ya sleepy so fast. All that stuff in the turkey lol Hope your meal was good?

I didn't stuff myself, I think because I was at my daughter's and didn't want to eat in front of people I didn't even know. Of course, Thanksgiving is my husband's favorite holiday, so we will make another whole dinner here at home on Sunday, which is his birthday. So then my dogs will have full tummys.. lol

I would not have felt comfortable around strangers either. How did your pups do after they got used to all the new people?

When either people or pets have seizures it can cause changes in behavior depending on the severity so maybe that's why your pups are acting so different @Carmelanirel2

@rebelann They didn't go around the new people, they stuck with me.. lol Then again, there was a couple times they wandered over to a couple of guys, but then they would come right back over to me.
