Another newborn baby!

A baby girl in my neighborhood was born at home on 23 November. I just got to know, another neighbor gave birth on the same day. What a coincidence!
Both of them had home birth. We always talked about it when we were at the playground. Their expected due dates were near to each other, but I didn't expect the babies to come to the world on the same day too.
These two babies might be good friends growing up and playing together. I am really excited for both of the families! There are a few additions (babies) to the playground this year.

When you say born at home were they delivered by midwives as it used to be in our place years ago?

Yes, I think they will have fun together in the playground. My baby won't be going to school, we homeschool, so he can't join them. But, perhaps two of them might go to school together. That's fun too!
There are another 3 kids with the same age as my son, and 3 of them are going to the same school. It's nice to see the kids going to school together, but I am glad my son does not envy them too.

I just had 2 friends both due on Christmas just have their babies this passed couple weeks. Crazy

How wonderful - they are nearly "twins"! They will never forget each other's birthdays . Yes, now there will be more kids to have fun with at the playground!! 
The neighbors on either side of us had their babies on the same day apparently . . . but now these kids are 16 years old!

That's so sweet! Yes, I think it's really fun to have friends around the same age. Though my son doesn't have friends nearby with the same birthday, I am glad our next door and opposite have a child with the same age as him. So, 3 of them can always play together. 
These two families have some similarities, besides the two babies were born in the same day, both were home birth and they are vegetarians and Buddhists too.
