"Hello, My Name is Doris"

If you haven't yet seen this movie, I highly recommend it! It's a touching movie about an old woman (Sally Field), who lives in her mother's house with all the stuff her mother once collected, and things that Doris is now collecting (hoarding, really), as well as her job, and one particular co-worker with whom Doris has become more than a little interested. Sally Field is one of the best actresses of our time, and in my lifetime, I've watched her grow from an adorable teenager and then into some of the most electrifying movies. She can play any woman, and after seeing this particular movie, I've realized that you can watch her movies with no sound and know exactly what's going on just by her facial expressions. I laughed out loud several times just because of her face, and I love that about her. She's not afraid to take risks in her roles and she pushes herself to be true to her character. I love the Doris that Sally Field created. Her look is completely unique and I love how her mind works. This is a movie I would gladly watch again. -Claudia- image from pixabay
