Well the cat is happy!

The little interloper, the dog Jax has gone home with his owner. Cat always feels a bit insecure when the dog is around, and makes himself a bit scarce. He likes it, when just his regular people, myself and roomie are around. So do I for that matter! Does your cat like it when just the regular crew is around?

My cats have never been around a dog but I am thinking that they wouldn't like it much. They are happy with each other and us. My youngest cat loves when my grand daughter comes to visit. He follows her everywhere she goes. It is too cute.

Certainly some cats get a bit put out when their routine is disturbed. Herc loves visitors as it usually means more bread. :)

When someone comes over our two girls scatter quickly. They wait until much later, even when Mike and I tell them it's okay to come out now, to relax again with us. We try not having people over too often because I hate stressing them out. And like you, we are the happiest when it is just us.
