Its A Wonderful Life starring Jimmy Stewart and Donna Reed. This was Donna Reed's first starring role. It took two months to build Bedford Falls and the budget was 3.7 million. Film was shot in the summer of 1946, so when it looks like Stewart is sweating its real. The movie lost money at the box office.
Any interesting information you would like to add. I'm watching it on USA Network. Its a wonderful black and white picture. My husband asked a little while ago where is our color. I love this old classic.

I love the movie and watch it every year. He learns a valuable lesson and its a reminder for me to be thankful for what I have now. Hope you are able to see this one.

i simply adore this movie myself. 'tis been my favorite holiday movie's long's i can recall. i've yet to see 't this year'n 've been thinkin' perhaps i ought to jest buy't if'n 'tis'n dvd.
