Packers VS. Seahawks and My Day

Seattle had a very bad day today at Lambeau. Wilson had four interceptions plus a fumble for five turnovers. Two of those turnovers ended with a Packers touchdown.
Green Bay, on the other hand, had a great day at Lambeau with five turnovers that ended in two touchdowns. The Pack got their first touchdown on the second play of the game and it just went from there with a final score 38-10. We did have a good day today.
The snow had stopped by game time, so there wasn't the slipping and sliding in the field as there was last week. By the time it ended, we had six inches on the ground. I think we're going to have a white Christmas. I hope so. So you know I was a happy camper all the way around today.
I fully expected they would have the parking lot plowed by the time I got home today. I even stopped and had lunch at a local restaurant giving them time to clear it, but when I got home with just enough time to turn on the game, it hadn't been plowed. So I don't know when they will plow it.
All in all it was a very good day today, with the scariest part my driving to church this morning. I was half afraid that by the time I got there they would have canceled the service, but there were cars in the parking lot when I got there. Pastor Jimmy said to me "You made it!" I said, "Of course. I'm a Wisconsinite. I was expecting some wimpy Tennasseean to cancel." He said, "No, though I thought about doing the service from home on Skype. I said, "I have Skype," with a smile on my face.
With the all church meeting after the second service, I stayed for both services. I can say both services were vastly different. Both were very good, but Pastor Jimmy does not have a memorized sermon. Both were the same and different at the same time. The first service had a totally different atmosphere as well. The Holy Spirit was all over that service in the worship. It was tremendous! That's not to say the Holy Spirit wasn't there in the second, just that it was a different atmosphere.
I finally left church at 1:30 and had a discussion about going home or going to eat with myself as I headed home, and as you read at the top, I went out to eat.
So, now I'm here with you all for the remainder of the night, and seeing as I was up early, I might not get through all the notifications before I call it a night. The good news is that tomorrow I'm going back to the pool. Remicade is working. I am so happy about that. It's good to know that something is finally working for me. I just hope it keeps up as one other medication also worked for a few months before it quit working for me.
So that is my day and news. I hope your Sunday has been a good one. I know this has been longer than usual, so if you read to the end, leave a comment or not as you wish. Thanks for reading.

I find it interesting that the two sermons felt so different, even if the basic topic was the same

@just4him shows he really has put thought into things, and allows inspiration to lead, which is interesting.

The snow was the topper for the day. I had everything I could want.
