Got The Tree Up....

So, today I started decorating our tree. To me, there's something missing. I might add some tinsel and will need to add candy canes, but I don't know if that will help or not? What do you put on your Christmas tree? We have "Rudolph" also in the picture. My husband really wasn't wanting to put a "red nose" on the taxidermy deer head, but he gave in because he knew I wanted it!!

I have a small tree, actually two small trees. I put small ornaments on. To me the lights are the most important, though.

the tree is really pretty...but is that a real deer?
