I'm just planning my Christmas dinner dishes. It's summer here in Australia so it will be glazed ham with pineapples, fresh if I can get some, salads, the daughter will make some cheesecakes, and our traditional Christmas pudding. It will be simple. What's for your Christmas table?

Very simple as there are just two of us. Turkey, potato salad, yeast rolls and a surprise desert.

The Christmas eve surely shellfish, smoked salmon and shrimps. The day of Christmas I have yet to decide, but I think I am going classic, tortellini, stuffed capon and Panettone.

Turkey, sweet potatoes, and the rest I'm still deciding. Just three of us on Christmas Day. Then 19 for Boxing Day. Brunch.
