Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer in Old English anyone?

I have all manner of facebook pages liked. Many of them revolve around the UK, and the Republic of Ireland. Some around Norway (hey it's a beautiful country!). All pages bring me loads of entertainment, and even fodder for discussion here. Like this one I just came across. An Old English rendition of Rudolph The Red Nosed Reindeer, as well as a Modern English version. My only complaint is there is no audio for the renditions, but I am sure someone in the Old English Community will get around to it eventually. On a side note, have you ever noticed how snobbish the other reindeers are and how better off Rudolph would be without them?

I am going to see the video, to be honest I have never watched videos about Rudolph the reindeer, it was not part of our culture when I was a kid.

It was a tradition across most of America - Watching the show, as well as Frosty the snowman, The Abominable snowman, and the grnch.

Someone must have gone to a lot of trouble to translate the song into Old English.
