"They" Cancelled My Rewards!!

I'm on a site that you do surveys. The majority of the surveys, you don't have to qualify for, they're multiple choice questions. Those "surveys" are usually only worth 5-10 points. They recently started sending emails for surveys, those you have to qualify for and as usual, I never qualify for them. I had over 10,000 points!! I was debating whether I should cash out at 10,000 points to get either a $25 Walmart gift card or to get a $25 Amazon gift card. I got on the site and I only had 1,000 points. Apparently, some one had cashed me out for 2- $10.00 Amazon gift cards. (I looked in my "orders" because I was down to only 1,000 points.) After I looked at my "order" I returned to the home page to do some surveys and my balance was back over 10,000 points!! The next day I decided I would try cashing out for a $25 Amazon gift card. Once again my "order" showed that I cashed out for a $25 Amazon gift card. I did notice that the 2- $10 Amazon gift cards had been cancelled. Today when I went on the site, it showed my $25 Amazon gift card had been cancelled as well. So searching through my emails, I found emails from the support stating "Reasons for this cancellation may be, but are not limited to: -the product is not available in your location. -your account is not in good standing -we need address verification from you or part of your address is missing -your IP address location does not match your address location " Now, if any of this was wrong, why was I allowed to cash-out? So, I responded to their email and am waiting for a response. Do you use Tellwut? Have you been paid? Have you ever had an order cancelled? ~Peace~ photo courtesy of pixabay

I've never heard of this site, but goodness sakes that is terrible! I am so sorry that happened to you. Perhaps it is a scam? Or look up to see if this has happened to anyone else?

That sounds very confusing! I have been on Tellwut for quite awhile and have had very few problems. When a problem did arise I contacted the admin and within a couple hours the problem was fixed. Try tell them what you told us, they may have a bug somewhere that's causing it. I never bother with the surveys on their "Available Surveys" page. Nobody there cares about older people and what they think or want. I got tired of spending 5-10 minutes giving them info only to have them disqualify me. I stick to the short surveys. I always cash out the minimum because the economy is so wonky that I feel these places could go under at any time so I grab it as soon as it becomes available!

At one time I wasn't able to answer the short surveys. The support informed I had to do surveys that was sent to my email to continue doing the short surveys. So, I've been doing the email surveys, plus the short surveys.

Do you think you might have been hacked and they did this to protect themselves and you? I'd be communicating with them. Keep a log of what transpires.

For the $25 Amazon card, I needed 10,000 points. The 2-$10 Amazon card added up to only using 8,000 points.

I find that so often I don't qualify for the surveys and sometimes after I've completed them the points aren't added. The site you are using is not the same as the one I use.
